Refund & Returns Policy

Sovereign Publishing produces books on demand. Each book is printed individually after your order is placed, which means we do not hold inventory and cannot accept returns of physical books in the usual way.

We stand behind every book we print. If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at sovereign.publishing@outlook.com with:

- Your order number

- A photograph showing the damage or defect

We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at our discretion.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.

Digital downloads (where applicable) are non-refundable once delivered.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law or equivalent local consumer protection legislation.
