Returns & Refunds
All Sovereign Publishing books are printed on demand and shipped directly to you. Because each book is made to order, we're unable to accept change-of-mind returns.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you're covered. Email us with your order number and a photo of the issue — there's usually no need to return the book, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have other problems put right within a reasonable time. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
Digital products: as they're delivered instantly, we don't offer change-of-mind refunds once downloaded. If a digital file is faulty or not as described, contact us and we'll fix it or refund you.

Each Sovereign Publishing book is printed to order and shipped directly from our print partner, Lulu. Because every copy is made fresh for you, please allow:
Printing: 3–5 business days before your order ships
Delivery after dispatch: approx. 3–7 business days within Australia · longer for international orders
In practice, most Australian orders arrive within about 6–12 business days from the day you order. International orders typically take 8–15 business days in total. You'll receive tracking, where available, once your order is on its way.
Please note: depending on your book type, your order may be printed and dispatched from an Australian facility or an international hub (US or UK). These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees — delivery can occasionally take longer due to customs, public holidays, or carrier delays. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country, which are the recipient's responsibility.
Manufacturing
Each Sovereign Publishing title is large and substantial — an 8.5 × 11-inch hardcover, finished with a matte case-wrap cover that sits with a reassuring weight in the hand. Inside, deep, high-contrast ink is printed on warm, uncoated cream paper: gentle on the eye and quietly handsome, whether you're decoding a cipher or lingering over a line of verse. The margins are wide and the pages unhurried — nothing crowded, nothing rushed.
This is not a book to be used up and set aside. It is an object — to be shelved and admired, given to someone you love, returned to season after season, and one day passed into other hands.
