Returns & Refunds
All Sovereign Publishing books are printed on demand and shipped directly to you. Because each book is made to order, we're unable to accept change-of-mind returns.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you're covered. Email us with your order number and a photo of the issue — there's usually no need to return the book, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have other problems put right within a reasonable time. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
Digital products: as they're delivered instantly, we don't offer change-of-mind refunds once downloaded. If a digital file is faulty or not as described, contact us and we'll fix it or refund you.

Each Sovereign Publishing book is printed to order and shipped directly from our print partner. Because every copy is made fresh for you, please allow:
Printing: 2–5 business days before your order ships
Delivery after dispatch: approx. 5–10 business days within Australia · 7–14 business days internationally
In practice, most orders arrive within about 2–3 weeks (Australia) or 2–4 weeks (international) from the day you order. You'll receive tracking, where available, once your order is on its way.
These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees — delivery can occasionally take longer due to customs, public holidays, or carrier delays. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country, which are the recipient's responsibility.
Manufacturing
Every Sovereign Publishing title is crafted to be kept. Each book is printed to heirloom standard — 8.5 x 11 inch large-format, hardcover with a premium case wrap and matte finish. Pages are printed in rich, high-contrast black and white, designed for clarity and comfort whether you're solving a puzzle or savouring a line of verse. These are not disposable books. They are made to sit on a shelf, to be gifted, returned to, and passed on.
